Orders are packed within 24–48 business hours. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel is collected.
Where do you ship to?

We currently ship New Zealand-wide (urban and rural). For international wholesale/stockist enquiries, please contact us and we’ll organise the best option for your region.

Can I return an order?

Due to hygiene standards for grooming products, we can’t accept used/opened items. We will happily replace or refund items that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery—please contact us first for approval.
How do I return an order?
  1. Email us with order number, reason, and photos if damaged.
  2. We’ll reply with next steps:Damaged/faulty/incorrect: We’ll issue a prepaid return label or replace immediately.Change of mind (unopened, approved): Return shipping is at the customer’s cost.
  3. Once received/inspected, we’ll process your replacement or refund.
Can I have a refund?

Refunds go back to the original payment method (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, card, etc.). Banks/payment providers typically take 3–10 business days to show the funds. For Afterpay, your plan is adjusted automatically by Afterpay once we complete the refund.

Pomade vs. Matte Paste: which men’s hair product is best for you?

Pomade = classic finish. Smooth hold with natural–high shine. Great for slick backs, side parts, pomps. Works best on straight/medium hair.
Matte Paste = modern texture. Matte/no-shine with pliable hold. Best for messy crops, quiffs, natural waves. Works on most hair types; strongest on medium–thick.

How to use Texture Powder to add volume without shine
  1. Start with dry hair.
  2. Lift small sections and tap a light dusting at the roots.
  3. Work through with fingertips; add more only if needed.
  4. For extra hold, finish with a few sprays of Texture Spray.
    Tips: Less is more. If hair feels gritty, you used too much—brush through and reset. Wash out with a regular shampoo.

Do you accept walk ins?

Yes, we do accept walk-ins depending on availability. However, we highly recommend booking an appointment to secure your preferred time and barber as we do book out in advance.

Cancellation policy

Cancel for free up to 12 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation or 100% for not showing up. Please contact the shop for last minute matters, we understand things come up and will try our best to work with you.
What if I am late to my appointment?

We ask that you contact the shop number if you are running late to your appointment. Clients running 10 minutes late or more may have their appointments canceled, as we require the allocated time to provide the quality of service we hold ourselves to. We will attempt to provide the service if possible, communication is key in these situations.
Do you offer parking?

We do not have any private parking on site, however we are just across the road from Westfield Newmarket. Westfield members can enjoy 3 hours free parking Monday – Friday, and 2 hours free on weekends. Just download the Westfield app and enter your license plate info.
